Terms of Stay

The plain-English rules for booking and staying with us.

Booking and Payment

Reservations are made through our booking partner Hospitable. The price you see at checkout, including cleaning, fees and taxes, is the price you pay. The reservation is confirmed when payment is accepted and you have completed the rental agreement and ID verification sent after booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are shown on the checkout page for your exact dates before you pay and in your confirmation. Those terms govern your booking. If something unexpected comes up, email [email protected] and we will work with you.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Parties and events are not permitted. No smoking inside any home. Dogs are welcome when added to your reservation. Quiet hours and any home-specific rules are in your digital guidebook.

Direct Booking Perk

The DIRECT5 promo code takes 5 percent off a stay booked on this website. One use per guest. It cannot be combined with weekly or monthly length-of-stay discounts or other offers, and it has no cash value.

Damage and Responsibility

You are responsible for your party and for leaving the home as you found it, normal wear excepted. We will always talk to you first about any damage. The rental agreement you sign after booking sets out the details.

Photos, descriptions and prices are kept as accurate as we can, but amenities can change and availability is only confirmed by a completed booking. Our chat helper, Sunny, is an automated assistant. It answers from the information on this site and our live calendar, and anything important should be confirmed with a member of our team.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
